Funding categories
If you are applying for a category D, DA or E project, you must:
- 1 Visit 'Funding categories' to check and confirm your project comes under one of the funding categories and meets their criteria.
- 2 Visit 'Geographic eligibility' to check and confirm your project is within five miles of a qualifying facility.
- 3 Complete and submit our 'Funding checklist'. You will be given access to our application form if your answers meet our requirements.
Our regulator only permits funding of projects that come under specific categories. The Trust also has its own criteria for each, governing what parts of a project we can consider.
The Trust's Board would like potential applicants to consider how they can make their project as green as possible. To assist this, the Trust has published 'Green Horizons', a guide providing information, advice and weblinks to assist the design of greener projects.
