Need guidance on how to best manage your grant?

We’re here to support you! Start a new conversation with us by selecting your application from the Manage my applications section of Your Veolia Environmental Trust Account, this will go straight to our team member best able to answer your questions. Need to talk through an issue you’ve encountered with your project then call any one of our team they’ll do what they can to help. Want to share an update about a project which has already completed?

Our Project Monitoring Request form is where you should submit your response to our annual request for an update on your successful project, alternatively you’re welcome to email us.

We’re not complacent though, and we’re always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.
